In the 40+ years that Chef Anthony Campbell has been in the kitchen, he has cooked for celebrities and dignitaries from all over the world. Most recently he worked in the kitchens at Walt Disney World and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. During his years creating masterpieces, Chef developed this very seasoning that is only now available for sale to the public.

Steaks & Chops

Try Chef Anthony’s All Purpose seasoning as an overnight marinade. Just sprinkle it on, wrap tightly in a glass dish and let it sit overnight for fullest flavor!

Poultry

Chef’s All Purpose Seasoning is all you need. Marinate overnight or sprinkle it on just before or even after cooking. 

Seafood

Just add the juice. Chef’s All Purpose Seasoning and lemon juice… that’s it!  Use it on salmon, any and all other fish, shrimp, crab, scallops (sauteed with a little butter and white wine, yum!)

Soups, Stews & Gumbos
